Daniel Yoo

Daniel Yoo is a bioinformatician. He joined the Paris Transplant Group in 2018.
Daniel is currently in the middle of Masters Study at Paris Sud 11th. He obtained Mathematics degree in BSc in 2014 at the University of Alberta, Canada.
His research interest focuses on antibody mediated rejection of kidney allografts and genomic sequencing with machine learning. Daniel has implemented several interactive WEB graphics programs based on RStudio called Shiny Application with antibody mediated rejection of kidney allografts so that customers even without any prerequisite programming knowledge can be able to explore trends and predictions of existing as well as new biopsy data.
